Washtub mailbox; 1980![]() Here is an innovative Chelsea, Oklahoma mailbox made from an old washing machine. To you youngsters who don't recognize it, the part where the mailbox now stands had two rubber rollers and a crank. The clothing was washed in the circular tub, then hand-cranked through the rollers to remove most of the water before being hung to dry. Five standard image sizes are available - other sizes available by request 10x10 inches on 14x14 inch paper, framed or unframed 15x15 inches on 19x19 inch paper, framed or unframed 20x20 inches on 24x24 inch paper, framed or unframed 28x28 inches on 36x36 inch paper, framed or unframed 40x40 inches on 44x44 inch paper, framed or unframed Send price request to: david@davidbarnettgallery.com
